All returned products must be returned in their original condition. Along with the products being returned, please include a copy of the invoice (or packing slip) with a comment stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will help to expedite the return process. Customers will receive a full refund for all returned items excluding shipping costs.
